FAQ - EMS Training

Is it Safe?

Yes. Our product has been evaluated and FDA cleared as per the guidelines for approval of healthcare/workout equipment. EMS training or therapy uses a low-frequency current that is not dangerous. During this process, small intrinsic electric pulses initiate every movement and exclusively activate the striated skeletal muscles. Therefore, the impulse does not seem foreign to the body nor does it reach the organs or the heart.

After your very first EMS session you will feel vitalized and energized. Visible success, such as a better posture usually sets in after three sessions. Reshaping of your body, power increase and improvement of your skin’s appearance is generally visible after six consecutive sessions.

Can I lose weight with EMS?

Yes. In the first phase of the training, you will lose inches due to your muscles tightening, and in the second phase, fat depots are attacked. You also burn more calories because your muscle activity is working five times harder, which means that energy consumption will increase and fat burned.

The EMS full body workout activates over 90% of the muscle fibers at the same time during each contraction. As opposed to conventional strength training, deeper muscles are used, as well. Therefore, the training produces a much greater effect.

Can you do EMS training in the long term?

Yes. Just like with conventional strength training, you should workout regularly. Not working out over an extended period of time, muscles will lose their strength and size.

What should I bring?

We supply you with your own specialized undergarment to wear under the EMS suit to keep the suit clean, allowing the undergarment to catch your sweat, dead skin, etc. We supply water and towels, so just bring a pair of running/workout shoes, your motivation and a smile.
